Das Hotel wird "Das Eichhörnchen" im 1993 im Inneren des Dorfes Palumbo zu Cotronei KR geleitet immer von der Familie Rizzuti geboren. Das Hotel, strukturiert um und erweitert neulich, es wird direkt auf den Skipiste gegenüber den Installationen von Wiederaufstieg gestellt.
